Adobe offers free access to two services for over 27 million saudis for a year

On August 31, 2026, Adobe announced during the LEAP 2026 conference in Riyadh that citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia aged 13 and older will receive free access to Adobe Firefly Standard and Adobe Express Premium for 12 months. This initiative is part of an expanded partnership between Adobe, the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and HUMAIN, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). The deal covers over 27 million Saudis, with a total value exceeding $4 billion, equivalent to approximately 269.43 billion yuan at current exchange rates. Adobe also launched modern standard Arabic language support for Adobe Express across desktop, web, and iOS platforms, including right-to-left text formatting, localized templates, and culturally tailored design elements. Additionally, Adobe and HUMAIN plan to release a new image generation model that will create high-quality images based on the cultural context, visual references, and creative needs of Saudi citizens and creative teams.
