On September 4, 2026, MINISFORUM confirmed the launch of its new AI mini workstation, the MS-S1 MAX-P495, which is set to be available this month. The device is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 processor and features 192GB of LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory, with up to 160GB configurable as GPU memory. In practical AI deployment, the workstation achieved a throughput of 15 tokens per second when running the DeepSeek V4 Flash 284B model in Q4 quantization. MINISFORUM previously released the MS-S1 MAX-395, based on the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395, with similar configurations. The MS-S1 MAX-P495 represents an upgrade in performance and memory capacity, positioning it as a strong contender in the AI workstation market.
