Alibaba cloud unveils enhanced Wan3.0 video model for film production

The model can now produce single 30-second long takes, a leap from previous short clips. It also features omni-reference, allowing up to five video references for director-level control. This innovation aligns with the film industry's needs, enabling production teams to generate coherent long takes directly, reducing the need for extensive editing of multiple short clips. The model's capabilities include maintaining high-quality visuals over extended periods and supporting complex storytelling through multi-video references. Alibaba Cloud's Wan3.0 is now accessible via official channels for developers and enterprise users through Model Studio and Qwen Cloud. This development aims to integrate advanced video generation into actual film workflows, enhancing creative efficiency.
