Aliyun's Qoder launches fast mode with 3-second response time

On October 10, 2026, Aliyun announced the launch of Fast Mode for its Qoder platform, available to both personal and enterprise users through the desktop version (updated to version 0.4.4 or later). The CN and international versions of Qoder now support the new mode, which offers faster response times and reduced credit consumption. The Fast Mode's initial response time has been cut from 8 seconds to 3 seconds, with credit usage dropping from 1.1x to 0.8x, a 27% reduction. Aliyun stated that users on the previous Performance Mode will automatically benefit from the upgrade without any action required. The Fast Mode is also faster than Auto Mode, taking less than a third of its response time, and quicker than the international Performance Mode, which it outperforms by half. Aliyun conducted tests on 10 common developer tasks, comparing Qoder's Fast Mode against domestic and international competitors. Results showed Qoder completed tasks in about a third of the time taken by domestic products and a quarter of the time taken by overseas equivalents.
