Aliyun's virtual digital human service to cease operations by end of 2027

Aliyun has announced that its virtual digital human product will be phased out due to a strategic shift. New purchases will be halted on November 30, 2026, while existing customers can continue using the service until their contracts expire. By November 30, 2027, all services will be fully discontinued, including the control panel, support, and refund processes. Users are advised to migrate to alternative solutions such as Ant's Lingjing Digital Human, Xiangxin Digital Human, and Yizhi AI Live Digital Human. The platform, developed by Tongyi Lab, offers a full-chain digital human solution for enterprise digital transformation, serving sectors like education and media.
