Ant farm's AI health services expand to over 2,000 supermarkets
On September 22, 2026, Ant Farm's Afu Health Zone launched its offline presence in more than 2,000 supermarkets nationwide, including major chains like Hema, Walmart, and Xin Tian Di. The initiative allows consumers to scan food items such as milk, seafood, and oils to receive calorie, nutritional, and glycemic index information through AI-powered tools. This expansion is part of the 'Scientific Weight Loss 100 Million Catties' campaign, which previously introduced AI diet scoring and chronic disease management features.
The service also integrates with fitness brands like Zhongtian Fitness and Lekeshi Fitness, offering AI-driven weight tracking and training advice. Catering brands such as Xianglaoji and Zhangliang Hot Pot have added AI food photography experience stores, enabling customers to scan meals for calorie and nutrition data. As healthy food consumption rises, AI is increasingly influencing offline decisions in food selection and exercise management.
