Ant group launches financial-enhanced Ling-3.0-flash-Fin model with open-source plans

On August 28, 2026, Ant Group’s Bai Ling introduced Ling-3.0-flash-Fin, a financial-enhanced version of its Ling-3.0-flash model. The model retains the original’s 124B total parameters and 5.1B active parameters, while incorporating financial data for improved performance in handling complex financial documents like annual reports and financial workbooks. The model’s weights will be open-sourced next week. Ant Group and CICC jointly developed FinFIRST, a financial benchmark, which will also be open-sourced soon. Ling-3.0-flash-Fin outperformed several large models in financial tasks, particularly in accessing official and high-trust sources. A one-month free API access period will be available via OpenRouter for developers and financial professionals to test the model’s capabilities.
