Anthropic launches enhanced claude for small businesses with 43 workflows and 27 integrations

The update aims to transform AI from a support tool into a core driver of business growth. The new version focuses on addressing common challenges in business expansion, lead conversion, and daily management. The platform now integrates with popular platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, and Zoom, expanding its ecosystem to cover finance, marketing, customer service, and operations. Key features include automated weekly summaries, smart lead responses, proposal generation, marketing content creation, and monthly financial reconciliation. Anthropic also emphasized security, ensuring workflows require human approval and maintaining strict data privacy standards. To support adoption, Anthropic launched a fall training program with free workshops in 10 U.S. cities and online courses in collaboration with 14 partners, aiming to help small businesses embrace AI-driven transformation.
