ByteDance's AI platform, Coze, has announced a phased discontinuation of its enterprise service plans. New customer purchases for the Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Flagship tiers will cease on November 30, 2026. Customers with existing contracts that have not yet finalized their orders are advised to contact their respective account managers for guidance. The transition involves multiple deadlines. Beginning December 31, 2026, legacy plans—including Personal Advanced, Enterprise, and Team plans acquired via Volcano Engine—will be fully retired, with unused portions automatically refunded to the customer's Volcano Engine account. The final discontinuation of the new Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Flagship plans is scheduled for December 31, 2027; however, existing users can still renew or buy additional seats provided the service expiration date remains within that 2027 cutoff. Coze stated that this restructuring is primarily driven by product consolidation. The company indicated that future enterprise offerings are still under development, and specific details regarding service migration and procurement arrangements will be communicated separately. For current users on older plans, the official recommendation is to first cancel their current subscription before acquiring a new enterprise plan.
