China launches first dedicated sim card for embodied intelligent robots

On September 15, 2026, IT Home reported that Shenzhen-based company Leju, in collaboration with Anhui Telecom and Huawei, launched the nation's first 5G-A dedicated SIM card for embodied intelligent robots, named 'Jiushen Yilian'. The service is tailored to meet the high uplink demand, low latency, and multi-device concurrency needs of robots, offering peak uplink speeds of 500Mbps, ultra-low latency of 20ms at 95% reliability, and business priority scheduling. The product comes in two versions: a standard plan priced at 599 yuan (300Mbps uplink, 200GB high-speed uplink data) and an enhanced plan at 999 yuan (500Mbps uplink, 500GB high-speed uplink data, and dynamic slice enhancement). The service is customizable based on specific use cases. Additionally, the network is optimized for robot operations, providing a dedicated 'VIP channel' to ensure stable performance.
