On September 12, 2026, during the main forum of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, China Mobile unveiled its AI Trustworthy Computing (AITC) initiative and launched a strategic collaboration for building an AI Trustworthy Computing ecosystem. The technology integrates confidential computing, domestic cryptography, and information flow privacy protection to offer multi-form confidential computing power and confidential Token, providing a comprehensive AI security solution for cloud-based training, inference, and data usage. China Mobile emphasized that AITC addresses critical security concerns in data-sensitive industries such as finance, government, manufacturing, healthcare, and academia by ensuring data remains encrypted and inaccessible, models are securely deployed and run in ciphertext, and environments are trusted and tamper-proof. The initiative also merges China Mobile’s AI-eSIM with Super SIM to create a secure solution that extends protection to end devices, offering chip-level security. During the conference, China Mobile partnered with industry leaders including China Electronics, China Bank, CNPC, China Telecom, Huawei, ZTE, Alibaba Cloud, Inspur, Hygon, Moor Threads, and Zhaoxin to advance the AITC ecosystem.
