Crusoe's valuation surpasses $30 billion amid rapid growth in AI infrastructure
Crusoe, a data center developer, has raised $3 billion in a new funding round, pushing its valuation to $30 billion. The round, led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, also saw participation from Mubadala Capital. The company’s clients include Meta, Microsoft, and OpenAI.
In addition, Crusoe signed a $1.3 billion, five-year cloud service contract with Jane Street, providing GPU and AI infrastructure. This financing follows a $1.38 billion round in October 2025, which valued the company at $10 billion.
Founded in 2018, Crusoe initially focused on cryptocurrency mining using natural gas but has since transitioned to AI infrastructure and cloud services. Axios reported last month that Crusoe is in talks with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley about a potential public offering.
