Denver social club leverages AI to streamline operations and expand
The Den, a Denver-based social club for parents and children, has integrated ChatGPT Work to significantly reduce administrative tasks. The club’s leadership team now saves 10-15 hours weekly, enabling faster processing of grant applications and liquor licenses. Previously, these tasks took days, but now they are completed in hours. Chandler Lipe, founder of The Den, noted that the AI tool helps organize planning, making it more efficient and repeatable. The Den uses ChatGPT Work to analyze data from Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive, streamlining workflows for both operational and financial planning.
Chandler also utilizes ChatGPT Voice to convert travel time into productive work, drafting emails and organizing ideas. The club plans to expand further by exploring Codex for custom systems, including a member app and improved point-of-sale integration. Maia, the General Manager, highlighted how ChatGPT helps digest financial data, aiding in inventory forecasting and operational decisions. The Den’s approach reflects Chandler’s mission: creating a welcoming space for parents and children alike.
