Doubao mobile assistant passes first end-cloud collaborative confidential computing evaluation by ter lab

On September 14, 2026, it was reported that the Ter Terminal Laboratory announced that the China Information and Communication Institute (China CITIC) conducted a specialized capability assessment based on the 'End-Cloud Collaborative Confidential Computing Technology Specification'. The evaluation focused on core technologies such as end-cloud confidential computing environment construction, transparent log auditing, business application information isolation protection, and security key management systems, assessing the product 'Doubao Mobile Assistant' by Beijing Chungtien Zhiyun Technology Co., Ltd. Doubao Mobile Assistant successfully passed three major capability tests: end-side business system security, end-cloud collaboration security, and cloud-to-cloud collaboration security, earning an L5 capability rating, becoming one of the first products in China to pass this evaluation. The evaluation included 15 sub-items, divided into five security capability levels from L1 to L5, systematically testing the confidential computing technology capabilities of intelligent assistants. The consumer version of Doubao Mobile Assistant was officially released on September 14, 2026, supporting voice and AI key wake-up methods, adapted for various scenarios. The dedicated AI key features fingerprint authentication, allowing users to call the assistant without re-unlocking after personal verification. The consumer version will be launched on the Nubia NaviX Ultra, which is now available for pre-order and will be sold on September 16, 2026.
