ElevenLabs launches v4 and v4 turbo voice models with enhanced multilingual support and voice cloning capabilities

ElevenLabs, a leading voice synthesis company, launched v4 and v4 Turbo voice models, supporting over 90 languages and enabling voice cloning with just 10 seconds of audio. The v4 series features a new architecture for precise voice control and faster cloning, with notable improvements in Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Mati Staniszewski, co-founder and CEO, mentioned plans for an IPO in the coming years. The v4 models also expand language support to 90 languages. ElevenLabs has seen rapid growth in its enterprise voice calling business, with over 55% of revenue from large corporations. The v4 model is designed for voice agents, offering lower latency and parallel speech generation with backend responses. The company announced a $500 million funding round from Sequoia Capital in early 2026, pushing its post-money valuation to $11 billion. It is rumored to be preparing for a new round targeting a $22 billion valuation. Annual revenue has grown from approximately $330 million to over $600 million since the start of the year. The company has expanded its workforce to over 800 employees across multiple international markets.
