Global first industrial humanoid robot factory launched in liuzhou
On September 12, 2026, the world's first industrial humanoid robot factory capable of producing tens of thousands of units was officially launched in Liuzhou, China. The facility, developed by YouBianXuan, is a smart manufacturing benchmark plant that utilizes an intelligent simulation system and a digital 'wisdom brain' for comprehensive scheduling. It can produce one robot every 10 minutes, with an annual production capacity exceeding 10,000 units.
The factory, in collaboration with Siemens, has created a specialized digital manufacturing platform to address the challenges of producing humanoid robots, including high component complexity and frequent assembly. The Walker S2, a full-size industrial humanoid robot, features BrainNet 2.0, a self-developed intelligent agent, and a 1.76-meter height with advanced dexterity and precision. It can perform sub-millimeter operations and has a durability of over 80,000 cycles.
Walker S2 also includes a pure RGB dual-camera vision system, 52 degrees of freedom, and a high-power torque joint, enabling it to perform complex tasks like autonomous battery swapping and continuous 24/7 operation.
