Higgsfield AI expands video creation capabilities with new tools

Higgsfield AI, a company focused on making professional video and image creation accessible, has introduced new tools that allow creators to produce videos exceeding 10 minutes. Previously, the maximum duration was around one minute. CEO Alex Mashrabov highlighted that with GPT-6 Astra, users can now create longer videos, enabling more ambitious projects for smaller creative teams. The tool also helps maintain consistency across extended video content, a challenge in creative AI. Mashrabov noted that Higgsfield AI’s YouTube channel, which has nearly half a million subscribers, now uses AI to generate instructional videos over 10 minutes. This capability also supports educational initiatives in rural Kazakhstan, where GPT-6 Astra helps identify student struggles and create targeted learning content. GPT-Image-2.5 further aids small businesses by enabling precise infographics and readable text in promotional materials. The company collaborates with around 200 creatives and 100 engineers, using Codex to streamline the prototyping process. Mashrabov envisions a future where creators can describe an idea and see it materialize in real time, calling this vision 'voice to movie.'
