Hyperscalers raise record $326 billion in AI investments this year
Hyperscalers including Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle have raised $326 billion this year through new stock and bond issuances, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data. This amount surpasses three times the funding raised in 2025, which itself was a record year.
Meta continues to expand its capital raising efforts, announcing plans to issue up to nearly $100 billion in equity by the first quarter of next year. In contrast, Oracle has signaled a shift in strategy, stating it expects capital spending to peak over the next two fiscal years and will limit additional fundraising to $20 billion through 2030.
