At the 2026 Compute Network Development Conference, Sun Hujun, CEO of Shuguang Zhisan, revealed that the National Supercomputing Internet platform has established six intelligent agent matrices, including material computation and industrial simulation. The platform now covers over 170 core computational scenarios and has launched more than 500 intelligent agents, with over 10,000 skills available. Sun noted that users can build custom scientific computing agents without programming expertise, using over 16,000 content components and conversational tools. The National Supercomputing Internet was launched in April 2023, following a deployment meeting organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In January 2026, the platform announced that its user base had surpassed 1 million. This marks significant progress in the development of the platform, which aims to democratize access to high-performance computing resources.
