AI property tech firm EliseAI pursues $3.7 billion valuation in funding round
EliseAI, headquartered in New York, is pursuing a capital raise that would value the artificial intelligence company at $3.7 billion, including $300 million in new investment. Major venture capital firms Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners are negotiating to lead the round, with final terms yet to be confirmed. The company, established in 2017, provides AI-powered solutions to property management companies and landlords, deploying chatbots that streamline interactions with tenants regarding apartment showings, scheduling needs, and repair requests. The technology platform has also gained traction in the healthcare sector, where it assists with billing administration and patient appointment coordination. EliseAI previously secured $250 million in funding during August 2025 at a $2.2 billion valuation, with support from the same investor group. The startup's achievement of $100 million in annual recurring revenue by early 2025 demonstrates strong market appetite for automation technology in property management operations.
