Anthropic announces /design command integration in Claude Code

Anthropic unveiled the arrival of a new `/design` command to be integrated into Claude Code. The feature will allow developers to create interface designs before writing code, generating multiple design options based on simple descriptions. Claude will analyze the existing code and the project's visual style to produce shareable prototypes compatible with the codebase. Users will be able to select their preferred designs, edit them, and proceed with implementation. This integration brings Claude Design capabilities directly into the coding environment.
