Anthropic Donates Additional 20 Million Dollars to Public First Action on AI Policy

Anthropic contributed an additional 20 million dollars to Public First Action, bringing total support to 40 million dollars. Public First Action is a nonpartisan organization that educates the public about AI and works with Republicans, Democrats and Independents serious about sensible AI safeguards. The first donation in February was made to promote policies maintaining meaningful protections and sustaining American AI leadership. In recent months, arguments for these policies strengthened: AI models continue improving rapidly, with Claude Mythos Preview discovering thousands of high-severity software vulnerabilities.
