CAIS Secures $170 Million Series D Funding to Advance AI-Powered Fintech Platform

Alternative asset investment platform CAIS raised $170 million in a Series D funding round, more than doubling its valuation to over $2 billion. Led by Vista with support from AllianzBernstein, Blue Owl, and Carlyle, the capital will fund strategic acquisitions and enhance AI capabilities to improve user experience for advisers and asset managers.
