Ford has begun deploying an AI-powered assistant in the mobile applications for Ford and Lincoln brands. The chatbot answers questions about a vehicle's capabilities and specific details, such as fuel consumption, cargo capacity, or towing capacity. Since the application is connected to the customer's account, the assistant can access precise vehicle information, including fuel levels and technical specifications. The company plans to expand the feature with a voice-controlled version.
