Google Releases Gemini Omni for Video Generation and Editing

Google introduced Gemini Omni Flash, a multimodal model that generates and edits video using natural language instructions. The model accepts images, audio, video, and text as input and produces high-quality videos grounded in real-world knowledge. Features include conversational video editing where instructions build sequentially with consistent character and physics, scenario transformation capabilities, and action reimagination. Gemini Omni Flash is available in Gemini app, Google Flow, and YouTube Shorts, with future support planned for image and audio generation.
