Insta360 integrates Alibaba's Qwen AI assistant into pocket cameras

Insta360 announced plans to integrate an AI voice assistant powered by Alibaba's Qwen model into its Go Ultra pocket camera. The assistant, called Kira, features on-device voice recognition and cloud processing for complex tasks such as translation and responses. In mainland China regions, the assistant uses Qwen, while in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and international markets it relies on Google's Gemini. The update is scheduled for August 5.
