Moonshot AI has denied reports claiming the company planned to submit a Hong Kong IPO application during August with potential fundraising around $3 billion. The AI startup previously completed a Series F funding round exceeding $35 billion in July, surpassing its original target by more than threefold and triggering an early close. Valued at $350 billion post-investment, Moonshot simultaneously underwent corporate restructuring, transitioning to a joint-stock company structure and appointing new senior finance and board personnel to streamline operations.
