Naïve Inc., an artificial intelligence startup based in Palo Alto, closed a Series A funding round of $28.5 million led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, and angel investors. The platform enables AI agents to automate virtually all steps necessary to establish and manage a business, from creating payment infrastructure to setting up email accounts, phone numbers, and business incorporation documentation. Unlike traditional automation tools, Naïve offers integrated infrastructure through an API that connects third-party agents like Claude, Codex, and Cursor to the services needed to operate a company. The startup already attracts more than 30,000 developers and recorded revenue growth exceeding ten times over the last six months, reaching annualized revenue in the tens of millions of dollars. Customers have used the platform to create completely autonomous businesses, including content channels on TikTok and YouTube, AI-managed car rental companies, and other initiatives.
