Naïve Raises $28.5M Series A for AI Agent Infrastructure

Naïve, an infrastructure platform enabling AI agents to automate business setup and operations, has closed a $28.5 million Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners. The startup, which has onboarded over 30,000 developer customers since launch, offers an API that automates company incorporation, email setup, payment processing, phone numbers, and cloud infrastructure provisioning. Through its platform, developers can provide prompts to AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to orchestrate LLC formation and business operations. The company has achieved 10x annual run-rate revenue growth over the past six months and has enabled diverse use cases including AI automation agencies, autonomous social media channels, and fully autonomous rental car businesses.
