New platform simulates artificial intelligence with human actors answering user questions

A new website titled "Your AI Slop Bores Me" offers an inverted experience of traditional artificial intelligence. The platform operates on two sides: one where users submit questions and another where people act as AI algorithms providing responses. The system employs a point-based model similar to tokens in language models, requiring credits to submit questions. These credits can be earned by answering other users' inquiries while role-playing as an AI, with a 150-second time limit per response. Alternatively, the platform distributes free question allowances every two minutes. Users can request responses in text or image format, though the available drawing tools are extremely primitive, comparable to painting software from decades past. The creative challenge arises from technical and temporal constraints, requiring the "AI actors" to maintain the illusion of being algorithms while dealing with severe limitations. The site's community features an official Discord server and a highlights section where particularly well-executed works gain recognition, including striking reinterpretations of classic artworks. Despite the creative premise, the platform displays an excessive amount of advertisements.
