Nvidia secures multiyear AI memory supply agreements with SK Hynix and Samsung
Nvidia announced agreements with SK Hynix and Samsung to secure high-bandwidth memory critical for AI servers. The Nvidia-SK Hynix deal, potentially worth $500 billion over multiple years, includes construction of large-scale data centers using Nvidia's Vera Rubin systems requiring 2 gigawatts of power. SK Telecom will operate the cloud business using these systems. Separately, Samsung signed a memorandum of understanding with Broadcom estimated at $200 billion to expand collaboration on memory and foundry technologies for next-generation AI infrastructure.
