Serve Robotics expands autonomous delivery services through Grubhub partnership

Serve Robotics announced a collaboration with delivery platform Grubhub to offer autonomous robot delivery services. The agreement covers initial operations in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Alexandria. The company also maintains an ongoing partnership with DoorDash in Washington and San Jose. Serve plans to open its first micro-warehouse in Miami and expand its network of partner restaurants through a device called Beacon. Separated from Uber since 2021, the company currently operates over 2,000 robots across the United States, providing logistics support for more than 4,000 food establishments.
