Xiaomi presents new humanoid robot at world's major robotics fair

Xiaomi unveiled its latest generation humanoid robot at the 2026 World Robotics Exposition. The device, standing approximately 1.70 meters tall and weighing 66 kilograms, features 66 degrees of freedom, half of which are concentrated in its hands, enabling precise and natural movements. During the exhibition, the robot acts as a "florist," performing tasks such as picking flowers, delivering them to visitors, and executing gestures like handshakes and greetings. The public debut takes place at the fair, which runs through the end of August, after which the prototype will be displayed in Europe.
