Qwen enhances learning tools with textbook-aligned writing guidance and advanced subject-specific tutoring

On September 1, Alibaba's Qwen AI assistant unveiled an updated learning module, integrating textbook-synchronized writing guidance and expanding interactive tutoring for high school and university-level math, physics, and chemistry. The new features are freely accessible to users. The writing guidance tool does not provide model essays but instead prompts students through a series of questions to help them structure their thoughts and develop writing techniques. For instance, when tackling the topic 'My Beloved Item,' the system guides students to identify key details and build a coherent narrative. Additionally, Qwen's 'Small Classroom' feature now supports detailed explanations of junior high school Chinese and math textbooks, starting from individual chapters or knowledge points. A notable enhancement is the ability to interrupt and ask follow-up questions during problem-solving. Students can inquire about the reasoning behind specific steps in complex subjects, and Qwen adjusts its explanations accordingly, maintaining a tailored learning experience.
