Tencent launches hy Image3.5 preview for film creators on WorkRally

On September 22, Tencent released Hy Image3.5 preview, a high-value professional image generation model, integrated into WorkRally, Tencent Video's intelligent platform for film and television production. The model is freely available to creators for two weeks, enabling use in script breakdowns, material generation, and character settings. WorkRally, which offers AI comic, professional film, and high-quality animation versions, now includes features like multi-camera image generation and visual reference editing. The platform allows creators to access Hy Image3.5 through three paths: Infinite Canvas, image generation node, and script workflow. Tencent Video's live-action drama 'Xing Biao,' launched on September 20, utilized WorkRally for storyboard generation and content integration. Hy Image3.5, which improved by 30% over Hy Image3.0, supports text-to-image and image-to-image generation, with up to five reference images per session and 2K resolution output. The model's cost is 0.15 yuan per image via Tencent Cloud API, with no additional charges during the free trial. WorkRally's product manager emphasized that AI's role in content creation is to streamline high-barrier technical capabilities, though emotional connections remain key to long-term value. OnSolo, an overseas AI tool, also integrated Hy Image3.5, offering a two-week free trial. It supports end-to-end production for short dramas and animations, enhancing character consistency and text rendering. Registration allows free use, while members can use it unlimitedly, lowering the threshold for international distribution.
