Tencent's yuanqi platform to cease operations on november 9, 2026

Tencent has announced that its Yuanqi platform will stop operating on November 9, 2026, following a business adjustment. Users will still be able to access and use existing AI agents until the shutdown. After the service ends, all newly created agents will no longer be accessible, and users are advised to export their data and migrate their operations. From October 29, 2026, the platform will stop accepting new agent creations and API key distributions. Data export tools will remain available until January 9, 2027, after which all user data will be deleted, except for legally required logs. IT Home noted that Tencent introduced Yuanqi in May 2024 at a cloud AI summit, positioning it as a one-stop platform for creating and distributing AI agents. The platform offers low-code creation tools, integrated plugins, and a knowledge base to support creators.
