On August 23, 2026, Xianglu Robotics launched three new AI-powered cooking robots at the World Robotics Conference. The products include the CookingMuse, a multimodal AI base for cooking, the 3K AI Stir-Fry Robot, and the 'Xianchao Fangzhou' embodied cooking robot. The 3K robot features three 40 million-pixel global shutter industrial cameras operating at 30 FPS to capture the cooking process, combined with a large AI model trained on millions of dish data to assess ingredient states in real time. This allows the AI to dynamically adjust heat power and cooking duration, ensuring consistent results even when ingredients vary or dishes are placed incorrectly. The Xianchao Fangzhou is a mobile, unmanned kitchen solution that handles everything from fresh ingredient storage, cooking, serving, and exhaust management to self-cleaning, effectively functioning as a small, chef-free, and space-efficient automated restaurant. The robots aim to enhance kitchen efficiency and reduce operational challenges in the food industry.
