Zhiyuan robotics expands into tactile perception with investment in mogan technology

Zhiyuan Robotics has expanded its presence in the embodied intelligence sector by investing in Mogan Technology, a company specializing in tactile perception technologies. The investment marks a strategic move to enhance Zhiyuan's capabilities in developing advanced robotic systems. Mogan Technology, established in May 2026, focuses on electromagnetic metamaterial flexible electronic skin and multi-modal fusion perception systems. The company's recent business change added Zhiyuan Innovation, an affiliate of Zhiyuan Robotics, as a shareholder, increasing its registered capital to 1.1774 million yuan. Zhiyuan Robotics has been actively building its industrial ecosystem, with previous investments in Zhishen Technology in November 2025 and collaborations with Longqi Technology, Huatian Electronics, and Lens Technology. These partnerships aim to solidify Zhiyuan's supply chain and manufacturing capabilities, supporting the production of humanoid robots. The company continues to accelerate the commercialization of embodied intelligence through strategic investments and collaborations.
