QwenWork unveils agent suite for enterprise automation and digital employees

On September 22, 2026, at the 2026 Cloud Computing Conference, QwenWork introduced a suite of products and upgrades focused on enterprise-level Agents, emphasizing business understanding, effective collaboration, and trustworthiness. The initiative includes 'Enterprise Context,' a tool that organizes and updates information from various business systems in real time, enabling Agents to make informed decisions. Enterprises can also create digital employees with organizational attributes, such as names, departments, and responsibilities, ensuring traceability and accountability. The platform supports collaborative spaces where employees and Agents can work together, integrating group chats, documents, and knowledge bases. An 'App' feature allows businesses to embed Agent capabilities into existing systems without altering their interfaces.
