Tencent unveils public welfare AI assistant with 15 agents supporting 42 use cases

On September 2, during the 12th 'Jiujiu Public Welfare' event, Tencent launched the Public Welfare Buddy, an AI assistant built on the WorkBuddy Agent foundation. This marks the first infrastructure-level AI solution for the public welfare sector developed by Tencent SSV. The assistant, available through the 'Discover Applications' entry point, integrates 11 scenario capsules and 42 scenario capabilities, supported by 15 intelligent agents. It handles tasks such as activity reports, invoice processing, and charity law interpretation. The Public Welfare Buddy is connected to the Tencent Public Welfare Institution Service Platform, enabling automated report generation, donor data analysis, and document updates. During the 'Jiujiu Public Welfare' period, it can generate a 'Jiujiu Love Battle Report' with a single click. AI-generated content is reviewed by humans before publication. The platform also offers hundreds of public welfare-specific skills and expert teams, operating independently of platform data.
